1. COMPANY DASHBOARD
The account creation process involves registering user credentials, reviewing registration details, confirming account creation, and viewing a first-time login tutorial guide.
2. ACCOUNT CREATION
Users can view an employee’s skill acquisition overview based on their job roles and individual skill levels.
3. MANAGING EMPLOYEES
The employee management process includes adding new employees, uploading multiple CVs, editing employee profiles and work experience, assigning skills based on standard, custom and job roles require skills, assigning job roles, searching for employees, assigning them to divisions, summarizing employee’s skill gap based on assigned job roles and their current skills and viewing the list of attended courses.
